VidSupreme

Terms of Service

Effective 20 October 2026. By installing or using VidSupreme you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The app and your account

VidSupreme ("the app") is desktop software for Windows that creates videos. To use it you sign in with a Google account, which creates your VidSupreme account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your computer and Google account secure. Our Privacy Policy explains what data this involves.

2. Free trial and licences

3. AI providers and costs

The app uses AI services (for example OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI and the models offered through them) with your own API keys. Those providers bill you directly for what you use, under their own terms and policies, which you must follow. Cost estimates shown in the app are guides based on published prices and may differ from your actual bill. Some free or low-cost AI models do not state limits or commercial terms; check the terms of every model you use before using its output commercially.

4. Your content

You keep all rights you have in the topics, scripts, pictures and other material you put into the app, and in the videos you make with it, subject to the AI providers' terms. You are responsible for your content: you must have the rights to what you use (for example pictures, music, trademarks and quotes), and you must check facts, names and numbers before publishing. AI output can be wrong.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to make content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, defames, harasses, deceives (including impersonating real people or organisations), or depicts or promotes harm. Do not try to reverse-engineer, tamper with or bypass the app's licence system or the licence service.

6. Third-party components

The app includes third-party software, each under its own licence (for example the Remotion video framework and the GSAP animation library under their own licences). Their notices are included with the app. You may not extract these components to use them outside the app.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the refund policy of the marketplace you bought from and the guarantee stated on the sales page. A refunded licence stops working and the account returns to the free trial.

8. Updates and availability

We may update the app to fix problems or add features. We aim to keep the licence service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features that depend on AI providers may change when those providers change.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the app will be error-free or that AI output will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Ending use

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing a licence or bypassing licence checks.

12. Changes and contact

We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced in the app or by email. Questions: n.surprise7@gmail.com.
